In this tutorial you will learn how to measure your penis length and girth.

This tutorial is accompanied by a video demonstration.

Pre-Requisite for this tutorial:
  • Phallosan Forte Base - you need to own the Phallosan Forte Base product. We use the suction cup to extend your penis and measure them accurately. If you do not already own one then you can buy it at Phallosan Website.
  • Wooden or Metal Ruler - the ruler must be rigid/stiff so that it does not bend on you, when pressing on your public bone area during the measurement. Rule should be standard 12 inches long.
  • Measuring Tape - a regular measuring tape in inches or centimeters to measure your flaccid girth.
  • Converting Inches to Decimals - It is very important to know how to convert your ruler fractional inches to decimals. This is important step for your app as it does not take fractions but only decimal values. You can learn how to convert inches to decimals in this post.

Length Measuring Method:

The measuring method that we will use in this tutorial is called SFBP ( Stretched Flaccid Bone Pressed ) method. Now, if you go to google and type in how to measure your penis, you will end up with all different type of methods how to do it. It is very important that you stick to the method that you will choose for yourself, because down the road in the next lets say 8 months from today, you switch to a different method you might not get the accurate results.

In this tutorial we recommend that you stick with the SFBP method and you will be fine. This method works by stretching your flaccid penis and pressing the ruler either in the public bone or just to the side of the public bone. We recommend that you press the ruler to the side of the public bone for the following reason. Many men accumulate fat in the public bone. That can add additional 0.5 - 1 inch of extra skin and fat. So you would need to press really really hard on the public bone and still you might not get the correct reading. You might come close but not %100. The fat on the side of the public bone tends to accumulate a lot less than on the top public bone. Therefore this is the perfect spot to measure your penis. We will demonstrate this in the video below.

Once you have measured your flaccid penis, this is the length of your penis, both flaccid and erect.
So the steps to measure your penis length is as follows:
  1. Put Phallosan forte on your penis. No belt is required for the penis measurement. You can read this article:

Girth Measuring Method:

Girth is very easy to measure. In the flaccid state ( without the Phallosan Forte ) just wrap your measuring tape around the mid section of your penis and this is your flaccid penis girth. Do the same while you are erect. Remember to always measure in the same spot ( the mid section spot ). We also recommend not to tighten the measuring tape in the flaccid state as it will cause your penis to decrease girth. Just gently wrap the tape around the penis without tightening. No video is present for this step as the girth measurement is very self explanatory.
