💊 Supplements		  I am not kidding you, I must have spent over $3,000 in a single year on a different varieties of Pills and Lotions. Nothing helped to increase my penis length or girth. At best I got the erections a bit better, like stronger erections but this is not what I was after. So my experience and recommendation with any of these products is Forget About It.


🔵 Vacuum Pumps		 ok so I got this top of the line pump ( roughly $200 ) price tag, but it was good, it had a good pressure gauge display and excellent suction with no leaks... I started using it and observed that while using it I could extend my penis size from 4.9 inches to a bit over 5 inches... but of course the results were not permanent. If I kept my penis inside the pump for lets say 5-10 minutes with a moderate pressure and took the pump off, definitely the size of my penis was longer and thicker. The problem, after less than 5 - 10 minutes everything went back to normal. Another caveat is, while using the pump you will get tempted to apply more pressure. This can have a devastating effect on your penis. You can damage your penis head vessels, it can even bleed out, you might even end up having a surgery to save your penis. You really, really have to be careful with the pumps. Eventually I got tempted to apply more pressure because I wanted to get even bigger penis. I started to get water blisters on my penis head and of course the penis size kept on going back to the normal size. My goal of increasing penis size permanently was not met with the vacuum pump. I decided to put it away as I was afraid of injuring my penis to the point that I will regret it. My journey to increase my penis size continued....


✋ Manual Exercises		 sometimes called jelqing. These exercises use a hand-over-hand motion to push blood from the base to the head of the penis. I tried this method for about a month and eventually gave up on it... it requires a lot of effort and its time consuming. Your penis constantly have to be lubricated meaning i had to apply clear baby lotion to my penis every 5 minutes. A typical session needs to last for about 30 minutes or more... by the time you get to that point you are tired, your hands are tired and your penis will be tired as well... i could not really tell after 30 minutes doing it ( everyday ) for approximately a month time that if I got any longer at all... I must say that the Vacuum Pump showed a better result. I gave up on this and kept on going to find the right solution.


🏥 Surgery		 Surgeries - surgeries are not my thing and I would never recommend one to anyone unless if there was no other solution. But I will quickly cover various surgeries options: Please note that I have not done any of the surgical procedures, I have increased my penis length and girth absolutely the safe way which you will find out soon. But lets go over the surgical options that are out there.

Cutting the suspensory alignment

The most widely used surgical procedure to lengthen the penis involves cutting the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. Also, skin is moved from the abdomen to the penis shaft. When this ligament is cut, the penis appears longer because more of it hangs down. But it doesn't change the actual length of the penis.

But cutting the suspensory ligament can cause an erect penis to be unstable. This lack of support during an erection could result in injury to the penis during sexual activity. Also, the ligament can grow back together, causing a shortened appearance of the penis. Cutting the suspensory ligament is sometimes combined with other procedures, such as removing extra fat over the pubic bone.

Fat Injection

A procedure to make the penis thicker involves taking fat from a fleshy part of the body and injecting it into the penis shaft. Results may be disappointing. Some of the injected fat may spread unevenly or be reabsorbed by the body. This can lead to a penis that is curved, unevenly shaped and irregular looking. Scarring and problems with sensation and firmness of erections can also happen. Several other products have been used for injection, but with similar poor results.

Tissue grafting

Another technique for increasing width or length is tissue grafting. This involves taking a piece of skin and fat layer (graft) from another place on the body. This graft is sewn onto the shaft of the penis. Sometimes other graft material is used. None of these procedures has been proved to be safe or to work. The procedures may cause infection and scarring that can deform the penis' shape. They can also affect your ability to get an erection.

Penis Implants

Ok so this is interesting. I found this clinic called penuma.com This method is relatively new but it seems very promising. You can go to their website and learn more about it. I went as far as contacting the doctor in California ( at that time they had only this location, now they have more locations across the USA. ) and wanted really to proceed whit this surgery but few things stopped me from doing it:

1. Price - at that time it would cost me around $27,000 for the procedure alone. Not to mention that I would have to fly to California, pay for hotel, stay in the hotel approximate 1-2 weeks in order to see the doctor for follow ups etc... I do not know what the procedure costs today, you can contact this clinic and find out but don't expect it to be cheap. So the cost was definitely out of my budget and I was not ready to take a loan to increase my penis size.
2. Circumcision - yes you do have to become circumcised in order to qualify for the procedure. That is another costs that you have to be ready for. I found a doctor that was willing to do it for me for $2,000. No sex for about 7 weeks after the procedure. I also did not see myself being circumcised as your penis head always would be exposed and you would have to put up with sensitivity discomfort. This was not for me.
3. No Guarantees - Although most likely you will see a increase in length and girth but there are also no guarantees.
4. Risks - Just like with any surgery, there is always a possibility that something may go wrong during the procedure, or post operation complications or infections. If you are interested in this procedure I would strongly advise you to read their FAQ and contact one of their clinic to have a consultation.

I was not ready for the Penis Implants option or any other surgical procedures outlined above. There must be a way to increase the size of my penis the natural way. I kept on looking.


✅ Traction Therapy

The idea is that constantly applying a gentle ( safe ) pressure while pulling your penis, this pressure over lengthy period of time will start to create " micro-tears " in the tissues of the penis. When you remove the device and let your penis rest the body will " fill in " the gaps with scar tissue, thereby effectively increasing the penis size. Do you recall the topic above penis implants at the Penuma clinic. This is exactly what they do when you opt for the surgery. You will get an implant inserted in your penis that will constantly apply a gentle pressure until your penis is stretched to the desired size of the implant and stay that way. The implant will remain in your penis permanently.

But that is the surgery way, here we are covering the natural stretching method and the device that you will use to achieve your goals. Stretching your penis is the only way, I repeat the only way to increase the length and girth of your penis naturally. No other natural method will achieve this goal. But to do this, you need a proper product to get the job done. You see, there are many different type of penis stretchers on the market today. They are expensive and not easy to use. Almost all of them are painful to wear and you can't wear them in public, you will need to close your self inside your room and with your underwear down you can start trying them out. Here is another problem with that, the gentle pressure has to be applied for approximately 10 hours a day so how are you going to do that? you also have a life, you need to go to work or to school, you can't be just sitting locked in your room for 10 hours a day and wear the penis stretcher right...
